Adventure Awaits at Upper Canada Village Summer Camps

Before beginning your registration, please review the following important information carefully:

• By completing this application, you are registering on behalf of a minor. You must be the child’s parent or legal guardian, and fully authorized to enter into this agreement on their behalf.
• Each camper must meet the camp’s age requirements on the first day of camp.
• If you are registering more than one child, you must use the “Add Camper(s)” button to create a separate profile for each child. You will be required to complete multiple online forms and waivers for each child you register.
• Under Parent/Guardian, only a custodial parent or legal guardian should be listed. This individual will be the only person able to access and update the child’s information before and during camp (for example, updating authorized pick-up persons).
• Under Person(s) Authorized to Pick Up, please list all individuals Upper Canada Village is permitted to release your child to. All authorized individuals must present government-issued photo identification at pick-up.
• Full payment (100%) is required at the time of registration. Once your registration is confirmed, 15% of the total camp fee is non-refundable. This covers administrative and processing costs. After the camp begins, the entire fee becomes non-refundable, as all resources and staffing have been allocated for your camper’s experience.
• If the feild is not applicable to your camper please mark N/A to complete the form.
